The Enclosed Scroll falls in the category “Class 0” for oil content. The compressor prevents oil from entering your compressed air system, ensuring you always get the oil-free compressed air crucial to meeting your needs. The compressor package is floor mounted and enclosed in a steel, sound-insulated canopy, equipped with an integrated refrigerated dryer and receiver tank.

  • Control panel

The Design Ensures You Will Achieve:

  • Pure Oil-Free Air: No metal-to-metal contact between the scrolls eliminates the need for oil lubrication.
  • Low Noise Level: The slow speed of the scroll compression elements ensures the SF scroll compressors are extremely quiet, making them suitable for any working environment.
  • Energy Efficiency: A start/stop control ensures unloaded power consumption is eliminated. Variable Flow Technology (VFT) matches the compressed air output to the air demand.
  • Simplicity and Reliability: Designed with a minimal number of moving parts, the SF scroll has a long operating life with minimum service interventions.
  • Minimal Footprint and Compactness: The highly compact SF scroll has a minimal footprint.
  • Variable Flow Technology: Provides maximum flexibility of air delivery. All SF 6-22 units are equipped with VFT.
  • Quiet and Compact: A low noise level enables the compressor to be installed close to the compressed air application, minimizing the size of the air distribution system and reducing pressure loss and the potential for leakage.
  • Cost-Saving: Integrated air treatment reduces installation costs.
  • Supreme Energy Efficiency: On/Off regulating systems allow for a constant air demand. VFT control matches the compressed air output to the air demand when fluctuating air demand is required.
